Details
Finland is home to probably the most versatile selection of breads in the world. Due to our country's location on the border of eastern and western bread cultures we have been influenced by both. The Finns eat approximately 50 kilograms of bread per person in a year. A third of that amount is rye bread. Internationally known Finnish rye bread delicacies include the pre-cut breads, the thin rye crispbread and the round crispbread.
